- SRP initiated the sale process, identified and contacted potential buyers and successfully managed an auction to maximize the valuation received for the Company.
- SRP acted as Unicorn’s exclusive financial adviser in negotiating every aspect of the sale and was able to conclude a successful transaction for the Company, management and the shareholders.

- Campus Door engages in the development and offering of loan programs and financing packages for students and parents.

The assets of U.S. Blood Plasma Collection Company, Life Resources Inc. acquisition by Her Majesty's Department of Health of the United Kingdom
Scura, Rise & Partners, LLC represented Life Resources Inc. in connection with the sale
- Life Resources, Inc. (“LRI”) was the largest independent source blood plasma collection company in the United States.
- LRI engaged SRP to find a buyer of its business when LRI’s principals desired liquidity but wanted to maintain operational control of the business for a meaningful period of time.
- We were able to structure a transaction with the British Government that provided a large upfront payment and meaningful incentive payments for LRI’s principals while allowing the principals to maintain complete control over day-to-day operations.
- The ultimate purchase price we were able secure was 2 times industry average on a per plasma collection center basis.
