Principal Investing Services
SRP seeks to partner with management teams to invest in promising businesses where our expertise will create substantial value. We will consider investments in established companies in need of growth capital or acquisition financing as well as underperforming businesses. We are particularly interested in management buyouts of private or small capitalization public companies and acquisitions of orphaned or non-strategic businesses of larger corporations with enterprise values of up to $75 million.
SRP brings patient capital to its selected investments and has no predetermined holding period or exit strategy. SRP relies on the capital of the firm’s partners as well as that of an extensive network of investing partners.
The partners of SRP have sponsored equity investments in the companies described below.

Plymouth Financial Company, Inc. and its affiliates are in the business of acquiring, selling and servicing municipal real estate tax liens. Plymouth is a purchaser and servicer of municipal real estate tax liens on behalf of both municipalities and institutional investors, including portfolios of tax liens across 943 taxing jurisdictions in 20 states and the District of Columbia and representing more than 167,000 tax liens with an aggregate value in excess of $1 billion.
Paul Scura and Denis Kelly formed Plymouth in September 1997. Paul Scura is President and Chief Executive Officer and Denis Kelly is Chairman of the Board of Directors. Plymouth is headquartered in Morristown, New Jersey.

Xspand Inc. services commercial and residential real estate tax liens for proprietary, third-party and securitized portfolios, having served as exclusive servicer for a $302 million securitization of tax liens on properties located in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, New Jersey and New York. It also services liens for the New York municipalities of Freeport, Hempstead and Westbury. It has been engaged by the County of Camden, New Jersey to provide a municipally-owned property and tax lien redemption and disposition plan for the City of Camden, which has municipally-held liens exceeding $75 million on over 7,000 parcels while holding title to another 4,500 parcels. Xspand has experience in managing leveraged and pledged portfolios. Specific capabilities include investor/pool segregation, pledge status management, cash management, custodial/trustee management, collateral substitution, collateral certification, collection account reconcilement and investor reporting.

Dornoch Holdings, LLC is a real estate investment and development company specializing in the acquisition and repositioning of distressed residential and commercial properties in New Jersey and the metropolitan New York area. The Company established Dornoch Opportunity Fund and Dornoch Co-Investment Fund in December 2004 and June 2005, respectively. SRP agreed to anchor both funds with more than $1.5 million and then raised a total of $12 million for the two funds. Dornoch expects to raise a larger, third fund during 2006.
