Mr. Yu is an Analyst at SRP. Prior to joining SRP, he worked in the commercial real estate lending department of Grand Pacific Finance Corporation as a Credit Analyst. Mr. Yu received his M.B.A. degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and a B.S. degree from Catholic Fu Jen University in Taipei, Taiwan.

Andrew Scura

Mr. Scura is an Analyst at SRP. Before joining SRP, he worked in the Institutional Investor Group at Strategic Research Institute, a company which produces, manages and provides research for business conferences. Mr. Scura graduated from Villanova University in 2003 with a B.A. in History as well as a minor in Philosophy.

Jason Kondo

Mr. Kondo is an analyst at SRP. Prior to joining SRP, he worked in the Asset Management Division of Citigroup Inc. Mr. Kondo graduated from New York University in 2007, with a B.A. in Economics.
