Scura, Rise & Partners, LLC (SRP) is a private merchant bank focusing on strategic and financing transactions in the middle market and on principal investing opportunities.

At SRP, we seek situations where we can play the role of either an advisor or an investor. As an advisor, we assist clients in merger and acquisitions work, in capital raising and in providing long-term financial advisory services. As an investor, we seek to invest directly in promising businesses where our expertise can add value over time. In either role, our firm’s focus is on the qualitative aspects of a business, such as the quality of its management and earnings, the potential for growth, its competitive position and its business plan. Generally, we seek to work on small and middle market advisory and financing transactions of up to $1 billion and to sponsor equity investments in companies with total enterprise values of up to $75 million.

SRP’s seven partners have broad expertise covering virtually every major industry and type of transaction, with an average of over 20 years experience in investment banking. We have particular expertise in durable goods and apparel, energy, financial services, healthcare, industrials, materials, media, non-durables and staples, real estate, retail and distribution, technology and telecommunications. Our partners have been directly responsible for approximately $90 billion of transaction volume and are experienced in all aspects of public and private capital raising and virtually every type of strategic transaction.
